My philosophy on food is simple: find amazing ingredients and don’t screw them up!  We search the world for the best vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses and present them simply and is such a way that their natural flavors shine.  Over my 20 years as a professional chef I’ve been fortunate enough to develop relationships with some of the best growers and producers of quality food ingredients in the world. At 800° Woodfired Kitchen it is my goal to show off those incredible ingredients to our discerning guests through simple, delicious techniques, and focusing on woodfired cooking.
