My philosophy on food is simple: find amazing ingredients and don’t screw them up!  We search the world for the best vegetables, fruits, meats and cheeses and present them simply and is such a way that their natural flavors shine.  Over my 20 years as a professional chef I’ve been fortunate enough to develop relationships with some of the best growers and producers of quality food ingredients in the world. At 800 Degrees it is my goal to show off those incredible ingredients to our discerning guests through simple, delicious techniques, and focusing on woodfired cooking.
